The COA Part 2 automation was designed to securely process Certificate of Analysis (CoA) documents by automating file monitoring, PDF conversion, digital signing, data extraction, and system upload. The bot monitors a network folder for new CoA files, converts them to PDF, digitally signs them using Adobe Acrobat Pro with an authorized certificate, extracts key identifiers, and uploads the signed documents into the Ross system, ensuring authenticity, traceability, and compliance.
