Salesforce Support Packages for Small Businesses

Salesforce running well shouldn't need a project team.

Built for small teams of 5–30 users who already have Salesforce live and just need someone reliable to keep it clean, answer questions, and fix things fast — without signing up for a full implementation engagement.

Most Salesforce partners are built to sell implementations. We built this specifically for small businesses that already have a working org and just need dependable, pay-as-you-need support behind it.

Right Fit

Made for teams that need help, not another rollout

Most Salesforce partners are built to sell implementations. We built this for small businesses that already have a working org and just need dependable, pay-as-you-need support behind it.

✅ This is a good fit if

  • You already use Salesforce — your org is live, your team is in it daily, and you just need it maintained, tweaked, and troubleshot.
  • You're a lean team — 5 to 30 users, with no in-house admin, or an admin who needs backup for the trickier stuff.
  • You want support on your terms — dependable, pay-as-you-need help without a long-term hire or project commitment.

❌ This probably isn't for you if

  • You need a brand-new Salesforce implementation or complete CRM setup
  • You're planning a large data migration or enterprise rollout
  • You want a full project team rather than ongoing support

Questions

Before you choose a package

Everything you need to know about our on-demand Salesforce support packages.

Hours are valid through the term of the package. We'll flag your usage well before the term ends so you can plan a top-up or renewal if needed.

These packages are scoped for support on an existing org only. If a request needs a bigger build, we'll tell you upfront and quote it separately — it never eats into your support hours without your sign-off.

You can top up at your package's rate, or switch to hourly support for the overflow — your call.

Growth Support is built exactly for that range. If your requests are usually small and infrequent, Starter can also work — we're happy to help you decide on a quick call.

Prepaid packages are $2,000 for 100 hours, $4,000 for 200 hours, or $5,400 for 300 hours over 6 months. Prefer flexibility? Hourly support starts at $20/hour (min. 42 hrs/month), a part-time dedicated consultant is from $1,260/month, and a full-time dedicated consultant is from $2,100/month.
