Project Overview

I. Project Overview

Company Details:

ABC Corporation is a real estate based company specializes in developing and selling apartments (flats) and shops to customers. They have multiple projects, and each project consists of several buildings. Each building has multiple floors, and on each floor, there are various types of units, such as 1-bedroom (1BHK) flats, 2-bedroom (2BHK) flats, 3-bedroom (3BHK) flats and shops.

Currently, the company receives leads (potential customers) through events, marketing campaigns, and their website. However, they manage these leads offline, which means they store information manually and use different software for different tasks.

This has caused the following problems:
1. Improving Lead Management: It’s hard to keep track of new leads because important information, like where the lead came from or recent interactions, often gets lost. With Salesforce, all this information is stored in one place, making it easier to manage leads and understand which strategies are working best.

2. Tracking Lead Sources: Without proper data, it’s difficult to know which marketing channels (Google Ads, social media, etc.) bring in the best leads. Salesforce shows you which methods are working, so you can focus on the most effective ones.

3. Organized Sales and Invoices: Managing sales (called opportunities) and creating invoices manually leads to mistakes and duplicates. Salesforce helps streamline everything, so you don’t miss payments or create errors.

4. Track Sales Performance: Managers need to see how well each salesperson is doing. Salesforce provides real-time reports and dashboards, allowing managers to track progress, follow-ups, and performance with ease.

5. Easier Payment Collection: Manually tracking payments for units and their installments is confusing. Salesforce automates payment tracking, ensuring follow-ups happen on time, and reduces the risk of missed or incorrect payments.

6. Improved Communication with Customers: Keeping track of customer conversations across email, phone, and meetings is tough. Salesforce lets you see all customer interactions in one place, so follow-ups happen consistently and no communication gets missed.

7. Better Sales Forecasting: It’s hard to predict future sales and monitor progress without a clear view of your pipeline. Salesforce provides real-time visibility into upcoming sales, helping managers make smarter decisions and forecast revenue more accurately.

8. Automating Repetitive Tasks: Salesforce automates repetitive tasks like data entry and reminders for follow-ups, saving time and allowing your team to focus on more important work.

9. Team Collaboration: Different departments like sales, marketing, and finance can work together more easily in Salesforce, because everyone shares the same data, helping teams stay aligned on projects and goals.

10. Secure Data Management: Storing sensitive customer and payment data manually increases the risk of mistakes and breaches. Salesforce ensures secure, encrypted storage of data, protecting it from errors and meeting legal regulations.

11. Easy to grow with the Company: As the company grows, manual processes become harder to manage. Salesforce can easily scale up, adding more users, projects, and customizations without disrupting daily operations.

12. Centralized Reporting: Without Salesforce, data is spread across different systems, making it hard to generate reports. Salesforce centralizes everything, allowing real-time reports on leads, sales, payments, and more, helping teams make better decisions.

13. Better Customer Satisfaction: Salesforce helps keep track of customer interactions, follow-ups, and payment reminders, which leads to better service and improved customer relationships, increasing customer loyalty and satisfaction.

To solve these problems, the company wants to use Salesforce, which will help them efficiently manage customer information and provide a complete view of their customers. Salesforce will also offer better analysis through detailed reports and dashboards, helping them understand which lead capture methods are most effective.
