X. REPORTS and DASHBOARD
1. Create a dashboard on lead which shows the below details:
o Lead Created By Month
Creating a report on the Lead object:
1. Create a New Reports: Go to the Salesforce homepage, click on the “Reports” tab, Click on the “New
Report”button.
2. In the report type selection screen, choose “Leads” from the list of standard objects. This will allow you
to create a report specifically for Lead records.
3. Customize Report:
• Columns: Choose column Last Name, Company/ Account, Lead Source and Rating.
• Group Data: Created Month
• Filters: Show Me – All Leads, Create Date
4. Save and Run the Report: After customizing your report, click “Save & Run.” Provide a name Lead Created By Month for report and, if desired, a description. Choose the folder where you want to save it.
o Leads By Interested In Project
1. Create a New Reports: Go to the Salesforce homepage, click on the “Reports” tab, Click on the “New Report”

2. In the report type selection screen, choose “Leads” from the list of standard objects. This will allow you to create a
report specifically for Lead records.

for report and, if
desired, a description. Choose the folder where you want to save it.
o Lead By Source (Real Estate)
