The goal of the project was to digitalize the entire receipt collection process, integrate CRM with ERP, and provide a mobile solution for collectors to work efficiently in real time.

Manual and Paper-Based Receipt Issuing Collectors relied on physical receipt books to issue receipts, creating delays, errors, and difficulties in tracking collection activities.
Solution:A digital receipt-issuing module was implemented through a mobile application integrated with MS Dynamics CRM. Collectors could instantly generate receipts, capture cheque details, and maintain accurate digital records.
Delayed Recording of Receipts in Oracle ERP Cheque and receipt information had to be manually handed over to the accounts team, resulting in slow updates and operational bottlenecks.
Solution: Receipt details captured in the mobile app were automatically pushed from CRM to Oracle ERP, enabling real-time financial posting and eliminating manual re-entry.
High Risk of Lost, Misplaced, or Incomplete Data Manual handling of receipt books increased the chances of missing receipts, duplicate entries, and financial discrepancies.
Solution:The digital system standardized receipt creation, stored all records in CRM, and ensured secure, traceable, and centralized data for auditors and finance teams.
Lack of Visibility into Collection Status Sales, collection, and finance teams lacked real-time visibility into pending invoices, completed collections, and cheque statuses.
Solution: CRM dashboards were created to display pending collections, issued receipts, and daily updates, giving all teams complete 360-degree visibility.
No Automated Customer or Internal Notifications Customers and finance staff did not get instant receipt confirmations, causing delays in communication and follow-ups.
Solution: Automated email notifications with PDF receipts were enabled, ensuring customers and finance teams received instant updates for every transaction.
